LO2:Discuss the legal and ethical constraints on the creation of the campaign.

Legal
One of the legal constraints I have to deal with my media creations is the release of any private information that the company do not wan to share. For example releasing important figures onto my website. This can lead to Farapack suing me for this error. This could lead to other companies that could be involved suing me for leaking private information.

Another Legal issue would be accessing the location in which I would be filming and taking photos. I will need to communicate with someone who can gain me access to the university of Sheffield and allow me to take videos of the place. A Reece form will need to be filled out to make sure the location owners know what I am doing on there property.

Another Legal issue is that I will need to is the use of other peoples assets, This means assets like music for my promo video and photos that I have not created to be copyrighted. This means for my promotional video will have to have music that is copyright free from the creator of the music. If not, and I use the music then I might face a legal battle that sees them claim any revenue form the video.

Ethical

One ethical constraint is making sure that the models I use in my music video are 100% wanting to film. Making sure there emotional welfare is okay. This could mean I have a few words reassuring them what they are doing and seeing if they are okay with that.

Another ethical constraint is the inclusion of all ethnicities and races. This could lead to complaints if there are only white males in my promo video. This could lead to bad publicity and the video being taken down. In my video I will include all ethnicities as at the start I will show the students of the university showing a wide variety of people.
